After running 7 different retreats and attending over 10 I'm super clear on what works and at the core of my retreats is the theme of connection: the spaces that I create are non judgemental and supportive helping you to explore what you want and make an actionable plan to get there.
 
There is only ever a maximum of 8 guests and after a brilliant retreat in June 23 we're delighted to be hosting our June 24 retreats at the gorgeous Roseyard in Kent: you will have your own deluxe double room with en-suite bath or shower room to relax PLUS we have the sole occupancy of the gorgeous grounds including gym and pool house. There is optional yoga sessions during the week (October only)  as well as delicious food from Minnow Kitchen (you will always have a cake!)
 
This is your space : activities are designed around the group and include coaching, mentoring and hot seating. To support your development we also have a 1:1  session with Ruth  at the retreat to make sure that you implement and get maximum reward.
 
PLUS you get a bonus mini photo shoot with my amazing photographer and friend Amanda Clarke with optional hair and make up (you choose hair or make up)
