We'll look at your data every month and make sure you're on track as well as modifying your plan and we'll get really clear on what business structure and model works for you (and why).
Personalised coaching and mentoring support
Every month you'll have a call with me so we can dive into what is and isn't working and make sure you don't stay stuck for long. This is combined by 2 monthly calls and 2 in person events so you get to learn from the other people in the group.

We have 8 spaces in total to start in March 2025 (our first in person day is March 7th) and calls are on Friday mornings (we have one 60 minute and one ninety minute call each month)
The mastermind runs from March - December with a break in August : you can pay in full for £6250 or monthly payments of £750

Sometimes only a 1:1 will do : these laser coaching and mentoring sessions are 30 minutes focused on you and your business to give you momentum and focus.
2 full mastermind days
We'll have these at different locations (accessible by rail and car) giving you a full day of masterminding and strategic thinking and some social time with the group
2 calls every month
We have an accountability call and a hot seating call : these are to keep you on track and ensure you have all that you need.
Monthly check ins and feedback
Each month you complete a questionnaire looking at what happened in that month and we then look at your strategy for the next month.

You can ask me any questions whenever you want and I'll get back to you within 48 hours Monday - Friday

In a sea full of sameness I've always played to my own beat. My main business is a training business with a team of 12. Since 2021 my two businesses combined have made over 7 figures and I've learned a lot of lessons along the way.
I've had times when I've felt like walking away from all that I've created and have always felt the strength of mentors and groups to prop me up.
Alongside my training business I've been running my own coaching brand since 2016 and have worked with many of the successful coaches you see online today, I've not been as visible in this work for a few years although it's still been there.
You'll get access to my brain which is highly commercial, strategic and a bit left of field and I'll support you with compassion and challenge (I used to be a Deputy Head Teacher so this does kick in)

A party girl in my youth I'm now more of a homebody : I love a Me&Em dress, a walk in the forest and spending time with my family and friends. When I leave my neighbourhood it's usually for dinner, a weekend away or travel : other than that I'm happy enough in my corner of the world. My dream is to live between the UK and Ghana with my family enjoying some of the sunnier weather.
I'm a late diagnosed ADHDer and recognise that this means I can be really creative, get hyper focused and may not be everyone's cup of tea: I'd love to see if I'm yours.
