HI, I'M RUTH

I am a MCC (Master) Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) over 10,000 hours of coaching experience with a wide variety of clients. I'm also on my way to being a Chartered Coaching Psychologist.

I've been running my own online coaching business since 2016 and have worked with 1000s of clients worldwide 1:1, in memberships, masterminds and group programs: I've worked with my clients to do the same.

I founded and run Optimus Coach Academy in 2019 where we train people to become certified and accredited coaches and work with organisations on coaching skill development.

Since 2021 my businesses have generated over 7 figures in revenue each year and both are sustainably profitable. I've built out great teams and products as well as learning a lot along the way! I share honestly what has and hasn't worked as well as helping you navigate your growth in your own way.

Alongside my businesses I'm a twice best selling author, International speaker and podcaster and an expert in Psychology and Neuroscience.
