33. Making goals stick

How do we make sure that our new year's resolutions and goals actually stick? Let's be honest. I think that most of us, after 2020, when we were all saying a year ago, “Let's make 2020 the best year. Yeah, I can feel this next decade is going to be amazing, blah, blah, blah,” I think that maybe it may have changed some of our mindset on this best year ever dialogue.

However, we still see the same things. We see the articles in the magazines and hear this idea of having new year's resolutions, and we often think, maybe this is going to be the year we've finally do the thing we want to do.

So in this episode, I'm going to talk about how we can make our resolutions, or in other words, our focus and our intentions for the new year, actually stick and how we can do things that work for us, not against us, so that we feel more aligned with what we want to create.
